Schoolyard Haven

For this project, I established a small-scale educational program tailored for young children in elementary schools. The focus is to teach the importance of healthy eating habits through engaging and hands-on activities centered around gardening. Schoolyard Haven is a smaller version of the School Garden Project of Lane County, and also the Emory Educational Garden Project.

The overall goals:
Healthy Eating
More time spent outside
Expand knowledge on food education

Ideas Implemented:
- School Gardens
- Activity Kits
- Produce and Seed Donation
